How do I connect multiple Sniply Forms with multiple MailChimp Lists?

Step 1: Edit your Sniply+MailChimp zap
editing a zap will bring you to the screen below

Step 2: Click on the + icon to open up advanced options, choose Filter
filter options will allow you to specify unique conditions

Step 3: You can trigger the Zap based on a specific Brand Profile or Sniply URL
this will allow you to segment your forms and send them to different lists

Step 4: Proceed to the MailChimp step of the Zap and choose a MailChimp List
you can setup multiple MailChimp lists for different campaigns
